Refund policy

At ONLY TRANSFERS, every order is custom printed and made specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for issues such as:

  • Incorrect artwork, sizing, or design errors provided by the customer.
  • Low-resolution or poor-quality image uploads.
  • Color variations due to different screen displays.

Please make sure all designs, quantities, and details are correct before placing your order.

However, if you receive an item that is wrongly shipped or arrives damaged, we’re happy to make it right. To request a replacement or refund for these cases, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos showing the issue at dtfsales@gametimetn.com.
