Every DTF gang sheet we print costs $0.02 per square inch, or $3.25 per square foot.
If your current supplier quotes by the linear foot, ours works out at $6.03. The quickest way to an exact price is to open the builder, add your designs and set your sheet length, and your total appears as you go.
How much does each design cost?
Each design uses part of your sheet, so its cost depends on its size in inches. These figures are based on designs packed close together, which the builder's auto-build does for you.

HOW YOUR SHEET PRICE IS WORKED OUT
Your sheet is 22.25 inches wide and you set the length in the builder, which shows your running total as you add designs. Our minimum order is 2 square feet, which comes to $6.50.

HOW TO FIT MORE DESIGNS ON EVERY SHEET
Your price comes from the sheet's size, so the more designs you fit on it, the less each one costs. The builder's auto-build packs your designs close together for you, and you can also rotate designs by hand to fill gaps.
Uploading print-ready files helps too, because artwork with the background removed and the edges trimmed takes up only the space the design needs. Our artwork guide covers file types, resolution and sizing.
If you press the same logo often, add it to your sheet several times at different sizes. Left chest, hat and sleeve versions of one design can share a sheet with your full fronts and ship together.

Our wholesale gang sheets run on the same $0.02 per square inch rate and the same film, up to 20 feet per sheet. Shops printing for schools, teams and events order long sheets with a full season of designs on them and press from the roll as orders come in.

How much does a DTF gang sheet cost?
Our gang sheets are priced at $0.02 per square inch. The film is 22.25 inches wide, so a 2-foot sheet comes to $12.05 and a 10-foot sheet comes to $60.26. The builder shows your total as you add designs and set the length.
How much does a left chest DTF transfer cost?
A 4 × 4 inch left chest design uses 16 square inches of sheet, which comes to about 36¢. A 12 × 12 inch full front comes to $3.25, and a 12 × 16 inch back print comes to $4.33, based on the space each design takes up.
Is there a minimum order for DTF gang sheets?
Our minimum order is 2 square feet, which comes to $6.50. On our 22.25-inch film that's a sheet about 13 inches long, with room for a full front design or around a dozen 4 × 4 inch left chest logos.
